Painters Tape and S’mores

After a grocery store run, it was time to return the rental car and take an Uber back to the campground. We decided not to venture out at all – we’re back on the road again tomorrow, and knew that we had a bunch of things to get done. Mark worked on the touchscreen/dash to secure it MUCH better so that, hopefully, it won’t keep falling every time we hit a bump. Lots of painters tape and cardboard (and maybe some spit, too!)… Fingers crossed this gets us through the next week until we’re back in NY and it’s at the dealer to be fixed more permanently!

Touchscreen, modified to actually stay attached to dash!
Beautiful water feature at the campground

We also had some re-organizing and re-arranging to do, based on what we’ve learned over the past week! And it was time for a quick vacuum and wipedown in the RV after daily rainstorms that brought in some mud and dirt. Mark was also able to fix an annoying issue with the kitchen sink, where the pull-down sprayer on the faucet would pull down, but wouldn’t go back up. So much better now! Makes washing dishes by hand a little less of a hassle!

We enjoyed a wonderful campfire tonight and made s’mores. Now we’re camping!
