We had hoped to drive to Annapolis MD today, but the forecast looked really rainy, and much of what we wanted to see there was closed due to COVID…so instead, we headed to Union Market and walked around the NoMa neighborhood which is undergoing a massive transformation. There is so much construction there, it’s unreal. Lots of new high-rise luxury apartment buildings….brought me back to my days working in multi-family! From there, we headed to L’Enfant Plaza for our 12:45 entry tickets at the Spy Museum. Fun place – so much incredible information about spies/operatives/agents! We spent a couple hours there and then headed back to the RV so Connor could finish packing – time for him to return to reality and fly back to Ohio after a long weekend away! We drove towards the airport and had a nice dinner out to (belatedly) celebrate his 21st birthday before dropping him off at the airport. We all agreed that the RV fits three people better than we thought it would – wasn’t quite as tight/crowded as we expected.
